With this customized trash service, we make your residents’ lives more relaxed and convenient while keeping your property cleaner.
We send out our trash valets three or five times each week depending on your needs. Before we start collection service, we place one trash bin at each resident’s door for door to door trash service. We also provide residents with special blue-tinted recycling bags if you choose a recycling program for your community. Residents will place trash and recycling items in their bin, or if we see a resident trying to take their own trash out, our trash valets are trained to run and meet residents to help them.
We also offer curbside trash collection services where residents take their trash and recycling items to a nearby location where our trash valets will pick them up. Once our trash valets have picked up all the bins, they will take trash to the community’s dumpster, compactor, or designated recycling bin.

Our team of uniformed, drug tested and background-checked trash valets will visit your apartment community three to five days each week to collect trash from the containers we place at your residents’ doors.
